The Chambers of Agriculture network has four missions, defined in the Rural Code (art. L510-1 CRPM):
– Helping to improve the economic, social and environmental performance of farms and their sectors
– To support farmers’ entrepreneurial and responsible approach to local issues, as well as business creation and job development.
– To contribute, through the services they provide, to the sustainable development of rural areas and farm businesses, as well as to the preservation and enhancement of natural resources, the reduction in the use of plant protection products and the fight against climate change.
– Representing the association in dealings with the public authorities and local authorities.
