About Curt Blades

Curt Blades is Senior Vice President at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).
Blades is responsible for the strategic direction of agriculture & construction programs and services for AEM membership, and he serves as the primary liaison with ag-specific industry organizations, customer groups and government agencies, both in North America and worldwide. He also oversees the safety, sustainability, standards, and regulatory efforts for all off-road equipment supported by AEM.
Blades has extensive experience in management, marketing, sales and research. He has worked in the industry in various capacities with a focus on innovation and technology.
Curt grew up on a 5,000-acre corn, soybean, wheat and cattle farm and is still active in the 100+ year family farming operation.
