About Gaëtan Severac

Co-founder – with Aymeric Barthes – of Naïo Technologies, a company that develops and markets agricultural robots.
I began my studies with a bachelor degree in technology and computer science, before taking a master degree in engineering – robotics major – and then a PhD at ONERA (a French space research center).
Passionate about robotics, I’m convinced that it is a valuable asset in agriculture both to facilitate farmers daily tasks and to work towards more sustainable production methods. This vision drives the spirit of Naïo Technologies since the beginning. Founded in 2011 and which now employs 80 people in Europe and North America.
