Standard 9m2 Booth: 3x3m

- 1 welcome desk with 2 high stools
- Electrical service with plugs, 15 AMPs. This service will be adequate for laptops, cell phones and televisions.
Technical constraint for exhibited material:
- The standard for the maximum floor load is 500 kg/m².
- It is not allowed to fix posters to the walls.
- We recommend using 1 freestanding promotional display per partner, such as a kakemono scroll, and to bring your brochures and flyers. You may also bring a TV-screen to showcase your digital material.

Need a contractor to ship your material: DB Schenker takes charge of your whole logistics beforehand, through the event and afterwards thanks to our dedicated solution DB SCHENKERfairs.
A storage area will be made available.
For delivery companies, please note that there is a no loading dock and no forklift available to assist with unloading and loading. Please ask them to take it into account.
Forklift available on request only for exhibitors: please pay attention to the dimensions of your packages. Delivery will only be possible to the gates of the exhibition area. Delivery to your booth must be made by hand.
The deadline for ordering: before January 19th
FIRA’s logistics team will assist you in moving booth materials and equipment in and out. You will be allowed to move in your booth materials if you use hand trucks. Special access is provided for loading. Forklift requests can be made via the logistics form to fill in. Forklifts and operators are available for loading and unloading only. Service is free of charge to exhibitors. Exhibitors may supply and use their own forklifts during set-up and tear-down.

Pick up every morning from the main entrance of the 3 hotels: 7:45 AM
Returning to the 3 hotels: Tuesday 6th – 6:30 PM leaving from the World FIRA welcome desk + 10:00 PM (VIP night) Wednesday 7th – 7:00 PM
Thursday 8th – There is no return shuttle bus service.
If you have already booked your accommodation, we strongly recommend you use FIRA shuttle buses to access the event!

Each partner must hold an insurance policy covering all damages caused to third parties and for which he/she would be held personally responsible.
Surveillance of the stands is organized under the best circumstances by the organizer who is in no way responsible for thefts, losses… In the event of any incident on the stands that could lead to their closure, the partners have no recourse against the organizer.
