Access to the exhibitors parking with your nominative badge.
When you arrive, join the exhibitor welcome desk on the expo zone to get your expo FIRA pack.
Floor map and booth number
Move-in
Set-up starts on:
Monday, February 5th from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
and continues on:
Tuesday, February 6th from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
The exhibitors with a demo zone are expecting only on
Monday, February 5th from 8 am to 7 pm
When you arrive, 1st step, join the welcome desk at the main entrance for check-in.
Make sure that your booth will be ready on Tuesday, February 6th at 12:00 pm as the exhibition zone will open until 6 pm.
Move-out
Stand dismantling on:
Thursday, February 8th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
For the robots and material pick up, possible on:
Friday, February 9th from 8am to 12pm

Register your team on your exhibitor/partner reserved area and print the badges

When you arrive, pick up your welcome pack at the welcome desk
