The Occitanie region outlines the most attractive and dynamic territory in France. It is the 2nd largest region in mainland France. The 2nd largest agricultural region in France, the 1st vineyard in the world in terms of surface area for origin wines and the 1st French region in terms of the number of organic areas and producers, Occitanie is also a land of innovation and experimentation. It is one of the 5 European regions that invest the most in research, particularly in agricultural robotics and associated autonomous solutions.
With this in mind, and as part of its Regional Innovation Strategy (SRI), in 2024 the Occitanie Region will continue to structure and lead the industry with a view to bringing all the players together and positioning itself as the leading European region for agricultural robotics.
